Habitations Florvil respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on habitationsflorvil.com, why we collect it and how we protect it, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

When you fill out a form (quote request or contact): first name, last name, email, phone number, type of work, budget and your message. Only if you accept measurement cookies: browsing data (pages viewed, visit length, device type, approximate region). We do not collect any sensitive information or payment data on the site.
To answer your request and call you back, prepare a quote and schedule a visit, follow up on your project and billing if you become a client, and, only with your consent, measure site traffic to improve it. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent, and we never sell it.
By sending a form, you consent to our use of your information to handle your request. Audience measurement cookies are only turned on if you click “Accept” in the banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, or with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Webflow (United States): website hosting and form submissions. Zoho (data centre in Canada): client request follow-up, quotes and invoices. Google Analytics (United States): audience measurement, only if you accept it. Microsoft 365: company email. Some providers store information outside Quebec. Before entrusting them with information, we assessed that they offer adequate protection. They may only use it to provide their services to us.
Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for no more than 3 years after our last exchange. Client files are kept as long as our legal, tax and warranty obligations require, generally 7 years after the work is completed. After that, the information is destroyed or anonymized.
Only the people who need it have access to your information, through protected accounts. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information.
The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work. Google Analytics cookies (_ga) are only set if you accept them, and they are kept for up to 2 years. Declining does not prevent you from using the site. You can change your choice at any time:
